Syswise (the "app" and this site) is operated by Cengizhan Hakan, with an address at Leipziger Str. 47, 10117 Berlin, Germany. You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.

Syswise helps you study system design through short daily interviews, a guided learning path, and focused practice. Lesson content is in English. Features can change, and some are still rolling out; AI-scored mock interviews and social login are not available yet.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You can start anonymously without creating an account. Linking an email lets you keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the lesson content.
• Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

The questions, learning paths, and design of the app belong to us or our licensors. Feedback and question reports you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat on our side. There are auto-renewing weekly and annual plans, plus one-off credit packs. There is no free trial. Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.

• Auto-renewing plans renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple App Store settings; restoring a purchase is available in the app.
• Apple's store rules apply to billing and refunds. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You can request account deletion from the app. Deletion runs on a seven-day waiting period: to cancel it, open the app during that window and explicitly choose Keep my account. Simply signing back in does not cancel a pending deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription; cancel that separately in your App Store settings.

The service is educational. It does not guarantee interview success or any hiring outcome.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. German law governs these terms unless mandatory local rules say otherwise. We may update these terms and will update the date above; your continued use means you accept the update.
