Why it sticks

Cramming for system design doesn't survive the interview.

Interviewers push past the textbook answer. What holds up is intuition you built a little at a time, so Syswise makes the daily habit the whole method.

The usual way

  • A weekend of long videos the week before the interview.
  • Reference answers you can recite but not defend.
  • No clear read on which topics are still weak.

With Syswise

  • A short session every day, on a path that builds in order.
  • Questions that make you make the design call yourself.
  • A readiness view that names your weakest topics.
What you get

Everything points at one thing: being able to make the call.

4 tracks, 9 core topics

Always know what to study next.

Follow a path from foundations to reliability instead of picking topics at random. Each topic moves from the concept to practice to a checkpoint before the next one opens.

Focused practice

Fix the gaps you actually have.

Practice is not a random question feed. Start it from your mistakes, your weakest topics, the cards due for review, or the daily challenge.

  • Review mistakes

Requeues what you got wrong, spaced out.

  • Weak areas

Drills your lowest scoring topics first.

  • Cards due

Brings back cards when they are due.

  • Daily challenge

    One fresh question, every day.

Streak, XP, league

Keep the habit without forcing it.

Your streak, XP and a daily goal set in minutes update after every session. Finish one to join the weekly league and climb from Bronze to Diamond.

Interview readiness

Know when you are ready to interview.

The readiness view fills in as you practice. It reads your answers, not your mood, and points you at the next weak topic.

  • Readiness score

One read on how prepared you are, once you have answered enough.

  • Average mastery

Where you stand across every topic you have touched.

  • Weakest quarter

The topics quietly dragging your average down.

  • Topic coverage

How much of the map you have seen.

How it works

From download to your first lesson in three steps.

Not everyone starts in the same place, so the app finds your starting point before it teaches anything.

  1. 01

    Pick your goal and level

Interview prep, general learning, or a specific topic you keep avoiding. Start from the foundations, skip what you know, or ask to be pushed.

  2. 02

    Make your first design call

A short design question and a quick calibration show where you actually stand, so you don't repeat what you already know.

  3. 03

    Follow your path every day

You get a starting path built around your answers. The first lesson takes five minutes, and daily sessions stay that short.

Try one

See how a question works before you download.

Every answer comes with the reasoning behind it, because knowing why the other options fail is what you get asked about in the room.

Distribution & Scale, Load BalancingSample question
What is the primary purpose of a load balancer in a distributed system?

Pick an answer to see the reasoning.

Five minutes a day. One design call at a time. Until system design is something you understand, not something you memorized.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? The feedback screen in the app reaches the team directly.

How long is a daily lesson?

About five minutes. The first lesson takes five minutes, and daily sessions stay short on purpose so the habit sticks.

Is it free to start?

Yes. You can start free without an account. Premium adds unlimited hearts, a 7-day readiness plan, and monthly gems for signed-in accounts, sold through the Apple App Store.

Do I need prior experience?

No. A short calibration interview sets your starting level, from the fundamentals to harder scenarios.

Which interviews does it prepare me for?

System design interviews. You practice real topics like caching, sharding, load balancing, and consistency.

Are AI-scored mock interviews available?

Not yet. They are coming soon. Today you get daily interviews, a guided learning path, and focused practice.

What is the weekly league?

Finish a session to join that week's league. You rank on XP against other learners; the top of the table promotes and the bottom relegates, across Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your streak resets unless you protect it with a streak freeze, which you can get with gems. Your place on the learning path stays either way.

Will I lose my progress if I switch phones?

Not if you link an account. You can start without one, then create an account to keep your streak and progress across devices.

Which devices does it run on?
